How much does a small business website cost in Melbourne?

With us, a complete small business website costs between A$490 and A$1,490, fixed. Most owner-run businesses start with Essential at A$490 or Signature at A$890. The price covers design, build, mobile testing, your enquiry form and connecting your domain and Google tools, with no hourly billing.

• Essential, A$490 (A$245 deposit): one elegant page, mobile-perfect, enquiry form, Google-ready.
• Signature, A$890 (A$445 deposit): up to five pages, custom copywriting and local SEO set-up.
• Prestige, A$1,490 (A$745 deposit): a full bespoke site with a booking or quote flow, photography direction and 30 days of care.

The deposit is 50%, paid only after you have seen and approved your free sample homepage. The balance is due on launch day. Hosting and ongoing changes are optional extras, not a hidden subscription you have to keep paying.

Which package suits my business?

Choose by how much your customers need to read before they contact you. A tradie or café with one clear offer usually suits Essential. A clinic or firm with several services suits Signature. If you take bookings, sell vouchers or quote online, Prestige adds those flows and more polish.

What should a small business website include?

At minimum: a clear headline saying what you do and where, your main services, proof such as reviews or past work, your hours or service area, and one obvious way to get in touch. Everything should work on a phone, load quickly and be easy for Google to read.

• A short service list, each with a sentence on who it is for.
• Photos of your work, premises or products (no stock clichés).

What happens after my site goes live?
